Phoenix Lodge #34 of the Grand Domain of Oregon was
chartered November 11 1890 in the city of Hillsboro Oregon. In 1909
the existing lodge hall was built with a space on the first floor
for the use of rentals to provide monies to which the lodge could
provided the services which were chartered
